More often than not the deciding factor of what we will eat tends to be what we are hungry for. We don't have to think much aobut it unless another trip to the grocery store is required. But, if we are what we eat like the saying goes, then there may be more at stake in what we eat than we often realize. In fact, the same care with which we out to attend to our diet may very well guide us in virtually every area of our lives if we want to live it well.
